World Health Day is a global awareness day celebrated every year on April 7, under the sponsorship of the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as other related organizations. The day is aimed to spread awareness about various health issues and highlight areas of concern, such as mental health, maternal and child care, and climate change. The day underscores the importance of primary health care facilities, proper sanitation habits, and availability of clean water.

‘My Health, My Right’, the theme of World Health Day 2024, highlights the urgent need to fulfill the right to health for all.
