LEAVE RULES

i. All students should present themselves in school on the opening day
of the school after the vacation. Absentees, who do not give prior
intimation of the delay, may have their names struck off the roll to
enable the school to accommodate those on the waiting list.

ii. A pupil who has, for some unexplained reason, been absent for a
month or more, is liable to have his or her name struck off without
advance notice. If re-admitted, he or she will be considered as fresh
admission.

iii. If a student remains absent from school, due to illness or emergency,
even for a day, proper application duly signed by parents to be
submitted to the Class teacher or email to be sent to Section
Supervisor.

iv. Student must not remain absent without prior permission of the Vice-
Principal/ Section Supervisor.

v. Application for medical leave should be accompanied by Medical
Certificate from qualified doctors and should be submitted to the
Class Teacher.

vi. Students are not allowed to leave the school premises without the
permission of the Principal, Vice-Principal or administrator in case of
emergency. The student may be allowed to leave the school only with
the parents or authorized person, the parents have deputed with
identity.

vii. A student suffering from any contagious disease should not be sent
to school.
