PIZZA DOSA                                                                         Prep time:

        We can make easy and delicious PIZZA

        DOSA with leftover dosa batter,
        vegetables and cheese toppings.






               INGREDIENTS                                       PROCEDURE:

              1.  Dosa batter                                          1.  Heat a pan and spread 1 ladleful
              2.  1 tsp butter                                           of dosa batter.

              3.  1 tsp pizza sauce                                   2.  On  its  top,  spread  butter  and
              4.  1 tbsp onion chopped                                   pizza sauce.

              5.  1 tbsp capsicum chopped
                                                                      3.  Top with onion, capsicum, olives
              6.  1 tbsp olives sliced¼ tsp mixed
                                                                         and mushroom.

                                                                      4.  Then  sprinkle  mixed  herbs  and
              7.  ¼ tsp chilli flakes
                                                                         chilli flakes.
              8.  3 tbsp cheese grated
                                                                      5.  Top with grated cheese.
                                                                      6.  Let the cheese melt.

                                                                      7.  Slice it and serve hot.
