VEGETABLE
            PUFFS





































      METHOD:
           1.  In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Then put

          3.  Add ½ a teaspoon of chili powder, ½ a

             of chat masala and salt as per taste to this

             mixture.

          4.  Turn off the flame and add 1 tablespoon of
                                                                              8.  Cumin seeds
             ketchup and fresh coriander leaves to the
                                                                              9.  Tomato Ketchup (1 tbsp)
             filling and let it cool down.
                                                                             10.  Fresh coriander
          5.  Place a puff pastry sheet on a plate and
                                                                              11.  Oil (2 tbsp)
             place a spoon full of mixture on it.  Fold the

             sheet and seal the edges using a fork.
          6.  Preheat the oven for 5 min at 180 °C. Place

             the puffs on the baking tray and brush them

             with some oil.
           7.  Then let the puffs bake for 18-20 minutes

             until golden-brown.

       The puffs are now ready to serve. Enjoy!
