Dear Parents,

A special game is being organized for the parents on Annual Sports Day scheduled to be held on Thursday, 29^th January 2015 (tentatively). Interested parents may fill the form below and submit to the class teacher on or before Sunday, 25^th January 2015.

Participation of both mother and father is mandatory. Participants will be selected by drawing lots.
