Dear Parents,
The “Green Gyan” Eco Club of Indian School Sohar has initiated an environmental project which aims at recycling paper. Kindly support this club by encouraging your wards to bring used newspapers, books, magazines, etc and drop it in the paper recycle bin kept in the school compound.
Create awareness and spread this message of recycling paper wastes in your neighourhood and help in saving the environment.
As a symbol of your commitment to the planet please do participate in Earth Hour on Saturday, 28th March 2015 from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm by turning off the non-essential electrical appliances for one hour.
Parents are also requested to bring a bag when they come to buy books for the new session. This will help in reducing the use of polythene bags.
Thank you for your support in making the environment of our host country greener and cleaner.
