Sub: `SPECTRUM 2015’ – Annual Exhibition for classes KG – V on Wednesday, 28th October & Thursday, 29thOctober 2015
You are cordially invited to witness SPECTRUM 2015. Engineer. Maryam Said Al-Qasimy, Science Labs Supervisor, General Directorate of Education, North Al- Batinah Governorate has kindly consented to be the Chief Guest. Mr. Qazi Abdur Rahman, Principal, Bangladesh School Sohar will be the Guest of Honour. Inauguration Time: 5:00 pm.
Exhibition will be held on two days.
Date: Wednesday, 28th October 2015 Time: 5:15 pm to 8:30 pm Venue: Block - B
Date: Thursday, 29th October 2015 Time: 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Venue: Block - B
Kindly visit on the day of your convenience. Entry will be from Gate No.4 and 8 respectively.
Parking on both the days: In the open ground and in the parking area in front of Block-C, New Phase Building. Parking is also available adjacent to the office Block – A in front of Gate No.8.
Important :- Please do not park in front of the Omani houses.
A) Tuesday, 27th October 2015
· There will be no regular classes for class KG - V.
· Only selected volunteers of classes III – V should be in school from 7:40 am to 2:10 pm to arrange exhibits and help teachers to make other arrangements. They should come in grey school uniform with black leather shoes.
· Selected volunteers must carry their tiffin and water bottle. No regular bags.
· Participants of KG – Class II will not come to school
· Dispersal: 2:10 pm.
B) Wednesday, 28th October 2015
Morning
· There will be no regular classes for class KG - V. KG – Class II Students will not come to school.
· Only selected participants of classes III – V should be in school from 7:40 am to 12:30 pm to arrange exhibits and help teachers to make other arrangements. They should come in grey school uniform with black leather shoes. Dispersal: 12:30 pm.
Evening
· All the participants of Batch – I will come to school at 4:15 pm in grey school uniform with black shoes and report to their teacher-in-charge in the allotted classrooms. Other participants will reach school prior to the allotted time of their respective batch. KG – class II students must report in the assembly area according to the given time slots. Respective teachers will collect them.
· Students must carry their tiffin and water bottle.
· Dispersal: After exhibition at 8:45 pm
C) Thursday, 29th October 2015
· All the participants of Batch - I should be in school from 4:30 pm in grey school uniform with black shoes and report to their teacher-in-charge in the allotted classrooms. KG – class II students must report in the assembly area according to the given time slots. Respective teachers will collect them.
· Dispersal: 08:15 pm.
