On 1st April 2024, principal, Mrs. Sanchita Verma conducted an orientation session for the staff to prepare for the upcoming academic session. The session aimed to provide guidance, set expectations, and facilitate a smooth transition into the new academic year.
The principal initiated the session by extending a warm welcome to all staff members and wishing a blessed Ramadan. The purpose and importance of the orientation were emphasized, highlighting the role of staff in ensuring a successful academic year.
A comprehensive overview of the goals and objectives for the new academic session was provided. The principal outlined key areas of focus, emphasizing student success, academic excellence, and holistic development. Any changes or innovations in curriculum, teaching methodologies, or policies were introduced during this session.
Clear delineation of staff roles and responsibilities was communicated to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The principal emphasized the importance of collaboration, professionalism, and dedication in fulfilling these responsibilities effectively.
As part of the orientation, a self-evaluation exercise designed to encourage staff members to reflect on their performance, identify areas for improvement, and set personal development goals was introduced.
