A special assembly was conducted on 22nd October 2014 to celebrate Diwali by the students of Class XI B. The assembly was initiated by the Principal with the lighting of Diyas. A speech was delivered on the mythological aspects and importance of Diwali in our life. A quiz was conducted on Diwali. The students performed an enthusiastic dance performance with a message of happiness and peace.
A special prize distribution ceremony was also organised to facilitate students of the school Basketball team who were runners up in the CBSE Oman Cluster Basketball Tournament. The Principal addressed the gathering and wished all a very happy Diwali.
