“ORANGE, a happy colour that radiates positive thinking and optimism.”Orange is fun, dynamic and radiates warmth. It stimulates activity, appetite and encourages socialization.
On 8th August 2024, the children of Kindergarten Section at Indian School Sohar celebrated Orange Day with a sole objective to acquaint the little ones with the concept of this secondary colour and objects related to it.
The teachers and children, in harmonious shades of orange enjoyed creating a paper plate fish for UKG and a paper plate Orange for LKG using the technique of colour wash by sponge dabbing. The activity helped in reinforcing the concept of orange colour among the tiny tots. The children were also exposed to a series of creative activities to help them understand the positive impact of orange. A dynamic and stimulating learning environment was created to help the children explore their imagination and creativity. Many children enjoyed speaking about the orange coloured objects that they brought to school.
