The Show and Tell Competition is an excellent platform for imparting valuable social skills to children. It provides opportunities for both fun and learning, allowing children to express their skills, feelings and desires. This activity helps them gain confidence in their speech patterns and showcase their talents, ultimately building strong communication skills and self-expression.
Indian School Sohar organized the Show and Tell Competition for Classes I and II on August 8, 2024 and August 14, 2024, respectively. Students participated enthusiastically, and three students from each section were selected for the finals. Participants were given the freedom to choose any topic for their presentation, which encouraged creativity and personal expression.
The judges were particularly impressed by the students’ confidence and articulation during their presentations.
Ms. Shobha Madke and Ms. Tanuja Kadam were the teachers in-charge of the competition for Classes I and II respectively. The competition proved to be a memorable experience for both participants and spectators alike.
The judges for the Show and Tell Competition were Ms. Navjyot, Ms. Binitha, Ms. Vijitha and Ms. Ziyana.
