Indian School Sohar commemorated the birth anniversary of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar on April 14, 2024 to honor his numerous contributions to the formation of modern independent India.
To honour this great man, the students of VII A organised a special assembly under the guidance of class teacher Mr. Faizan Mohammad Khan.
The assembly began with a floral tribute to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, led by Principal Mrs. Sanchita Verma, accompanied by the Vice Principal and Assistant Vice- Principal.
Students initiated the assembly with a prayer song. An inspiring thought was shared, followed by the news. A speech was delivered to underscore his significant contributions as the architect of the Indian Constitution, followed by a motivational video showcasing his accomplishments.
The Principal, Ms. Sanchita Verma, encouraged the students to emulate his principles and integrate his values into their lives to achieve their goals and uplift society.
The special assembly concluded with the National Anthem of India.
