Indian School Sohar hosted a delightful Colouring Competition for the talented students of Class I and II. The event, held on 30th April 2024, aimed to celebrate the beauty and significance of colours in the lives of young learners.
Under the guidance of Ms. Kashifa Anjum, the competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from the students, who eagerly showcased their creativity and imagination through vibrant hues and artistic expressions. The young artists displayed a remarkable understanding of colour theory and designs, reflecting their unique personalities and artistic flair.
The judging panel, consisting of Ms. Anusha Omar, Ms. Harsha and Ms. Greta D’Souza, had the challenging task of evaluating the entries based on creativity, colour selection and overall presentation.
The Colouring Competition not only provided a platform for students to express themselves artistically but also highlighted the importance of creativity, fine motor skills and confidence-building in early childhood development.
Overall, the Colouring Competition was a vibrant and engaging experience, leaving a lasting impression on all who participated. It served as a reminder of the power of colours to inspire, uplift and connect us in a world filled with endless possibilities.
