Indian School Sohar recently organized a highly engaging Spell Bee Competition for the students of Classes I and II on 2nd and 3rd February 2025 respectively. The event provided a wonderful opportunity for the young learners to showcase their spelling abilities and cultivate a love for the English language.
The competition took place in a lively and encouraging atmosphere, with the students eagerly participating in and demonstrating their knowledge of words. The rounds were designed to challenge their spelling accuracy while helping them build vocabulary in an interactive and enjoyable way. Students were also encouraged to focus on correct pronunciation and accuracy.
Beyond spelling, the event aimed to enhance the confidence of young learners by offering them a platform to perform and express themselves. Teachers and peers supported each participant, creating an encouraging and positive environment for everyone. The competition was conducted by the teachers Ms. Rafat Shahin (Class I), Ms. Juana Bejoy (Class II) and Ms. Namrata Damani.
