The school choir rendered a soulful prayer song, invoking positivity and seeking blessings for the journey ahead, filling the environment with serenity. Following this, the Principal, Ms. Sanchita Verma addressed the gathering, congratulating the elected council members and emphasizing the importance of values, vision, and leadership in school life. She encouraged the newly elected leaders to lead with compassion, confidence, and commitment.

The Selection Panel, instrumental in the student council formation, was formally introduced, highlighting the transparent and rigorous selection process adopted by the school. Thereafter, the outgoing School Captain (2024–‘25), Anugya Mandal delivered a moving speech, sharing personal experiences of leadership and expressing heartfelt gratitude to the school for the opportunity to serve.

One of the most awaited segments of the ceremony - the Badge Distribution, was conducted with dignity, where the Chief Guest and Principal conferred badges upon the newly appointed prefects and student leaders from Classes VI to XI. During this symbolic and proud moment, the house flags and school flags were ceremoniously handed over to the newly appointed House Captains and School Captains by the Chief Guest and the Principal, signifying the transfer of responsibility and honour. This tradition ignited a renewed sense of pride and belongingness among the house members.

The ceremony progressed with the formal introduction of the House Masters of the four houses - Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow. They stepped forward ready to lead, guide, and inspire their house members towards excellence.

The newly appointed council members then stood tall and confident as they took the Oath, administered by the Principal. In a solemn and powerful moment, the student leaders pledged to uphold the school’s values and perform their duties with honesty, integrity, and excellence.

Adding a ceremonial touch to the occasion, the council members performed a disciplined and synchronized march past, symbolizing their readiness to take on the mantle of leadership. Their confident strides reflected the spirit of unity, coordination, and pride in their new responsibilities.

The programme concluded with a gracious Vote of Thanks delivered by the newly elected School Captains for the session 2025–26, who expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Chief Guest, President and members of the School Managing Committee, Principal, teachers, parents, and peers for their support, encouragement, and trust.
