KINDERGARTEN WHITE COLOUR DAY CELEBRATION

28-01-2025

"White is the colour of peace, purity, and new beginnings, a canvas for endless possibilities."

The Kindergarten section of Indian School Sohar celebrated White Colour Day, with a delightful series of activities designed to help our little ones explore the significance of the color white, on 9th January 2025. This day not only symbolized purity, innocence, and goodness but also the endless possibilities that the color represents.

The classrooms were beautifully decorated in white, creating a serene and festive atmosphere that perfectly complemented the theme of the day. All the teachers joined in the festivities by donning white attire, which added to the charm and unity of the celebration. Our young learners, eagerly dressed in white, participated enthusiastically in a lively dance to the "White Day" song, filling the environment with joy and energy.

The Little LKG students were thrilled as they engaged in a creative handprint activity, crafting lovely paper storks and applying their own creative touches to each piece. Meanwhile, the UKG children immersed themselves in a visualization activity, where they used cotton and white paper cut-outs to create enchanting winter scenes complete with snowmen and snow-covered trees. This activity fostered imagination and storytelling as they brought their winter wonderland to life.

Overall, White Colour Day was a resounding success, filled with learning, creativity, and fun. Our young learners truly embraced the beauty and symbolism of the color white, making it a memorable day for students and teachers alike!
