ARYABHATA GANIT CHALLENGE (AGC) 2024 FOR CLASSES VIII - X

Indian School Sohar successfully conducted the Aryabhata Ganit Challenge (AGC), an initiative organized by CBSE to develop essential mathematical skills and their application in real-life situations. The challenge aimed to enhance students' problem-solving abilities through an engaging assessment process.

The competition was held at two levels. A total of 113 students participated in the First Level, a pen-and-paper test conducted on 31st August 2024. Among them, Abhiman Dewangan, Rachit Pandya, and Alphonsa Christopher of Class X qualified for the Level II Competition (National Level), which was conducted as a computer-based test by CBSE on 8th October 2024.

In the Level II Competition, Abhiman Dewangan successfully qualified and was awarded a Merit Certificate, while Rachit Pandya and Alphonsa Christopher received Participation Certificates from CBSE.

The Principal and staff congratulated the students on their achievements and appreciated the efforts of Mr. Dinesh Sharma, the teacher in charge, for his guidance and support.
