Indian School Sohar proudly participated in the Educational Media Caravan Initiative held at the Liwa Science and Innovation Center from 17th to 19th November 2025. Six teachers, including our Principal, Mrs. Sanchita Verma, represented the school. The team included Ms. Zeema Viswanathan, Ms. Rekha Narayanan, Ms. Rajeena Rassak, Mr. Kannan Raghavan, Ms. Anu Sonia Vincent, Ms. Ziyana Sama, and Mr. Humaid Khamis Al Muqbali.
The exhibition was impressive, with many Omani teachers showcasing their talent and innovative educational media. The aids and exhibits presented by Indian School Sohar were highly appreciated by visitors and dignitaries. The event provided an excellent platform for mutual learning, collaboration, and exchange of ideas between educators from different schools.
The initiative was graced by dignitaries from the Ministry of Education, highlighting the importance of innovation in educational practices. Participation in this event offered our teachers valuable insights into modern teaching tools, interactive learning methods, and creative educational resources.
