A Career Guidance Session was conducted on 6th April 2026 for Class XI students to provide guidance on future academic planning, with the Science Stream delivered by Ms. Sabira Seni S and the Commerce Stream by Mr. Santhosh Kumar.
For the Science Stream, the session highlighted NEET-based medical courses, JEE-based engineering programs, and non-entrance options such as Life sciences, paramedical courses, and emerging interdisciplinary fields like Biotechnology, Data Science, and Bioinformatics. It also introduced alternative professional courses in Management, Law, and Journalism.
For the Commerce Stream, students were informed about various pathways, including professional certifications, undergraduate degrees, and specialised bachelor’s programs in fields such as Taxation, Banking, and Management, with additional emphasis on emerging opportunities that combine Business Strategy with Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence.
The session was interactive, with students actively clarifying doubts. They were advised to conduct a personal SWOT analysis, explore their interests, research courses and institutions, and use online career guidance tools, helping them plan their careers with confidence.
