During his December 2025 visit to Oman, Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi addressed a large gathering of Indian community members and students at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre (OCEC) on18th December. The event, titled “Maitri Parv,” celebrated the strong friendship between India and Oman.
The occasion was especially significant as it marked 50 years of CBSE in Oman. To commemorate this milestone, 40 selected students from Indian School Sohar were invited to attend the event. It was a proud and memorable moment for the students, as they had the rare opportunity to see and interact with the Prime Minister.
