ORIENTATION SESSION ON MANAGING EXAM STRESS & ANXIETY

An orientation session on "Managing Exam Stress and Anxiety" was conducted on 29.01.26 for students of classes 10th and 12th  by Mrs. Anu Sonia Vincent, Counsellor. The session aimed to help students approach examinations with confidence and calmness, focusing on how thoughts influence emotions and performance. Practical techniques for managing anxiety, effective self-talk, study skills, and healthy learning habits were discussed. Students were also introduced to simple strategies such as thought-shifting, breathing exercises, and time management to stay focused during exams.
