INDIAN SCHOOL SOHAR STUDENTS TRIUMPH IN CBSE CLASS X RESULTS

The exuberance of success was visible once again in the Indian School Sohar premises. In the Class X CBSE Examinations, all 158 students were successful — achieving a 100 per cent success for the school.
Among the toppers, 36 students scored a perfect CGPA ( Cumulative Grade Point Average) score of 10 points with A1 grades in all the five subjects with as many as 12 achieving A1 grades in all the subjects without the help of any upgrading, a rare feat to achieve. They are Abhinav Suresh, Maria Sona Jerome, Manas Vegi, Amal N J, Riti Gireesh, Sambhav Agnihotri, Nandini Yadav, Chirag Shetty,Surabhi Singh,Balambika Baskaran,Aimen Jeelani Sayed, Tanya Kumar, Anna Maria Bastine, Anju Anna Kuriakose, Saikrishna Suresh Kumar, Thehani Shireen Singalaxana, Saravanan Nithyashrri, Swarnamaanjari Murugan, Greeshma Challiyil Shibu, Hiral Nareshbhai Kadia, Zaeem Ahmad, Fiza Anwar, Deeksha Tiwari, Harsh Nair, Shraddha, Shaik Sana Tabasum, Shaunak Pal, Agrawal Mohnish Kamlesh, Agrawal Manav Kamlesh, Lipi Sharma, Ariya Ann Lalu, Swetha Jayakrishnan, Shivi Sharma, Umredkar Apurva Rajendra, Rediwala Riya Sanjaykumar and Daniya Kifayt Divekar.
Students and parents were all praise for the school’s time-tested study pattern initiated under the guidance of its charismatic Principal Mrs. SanchitaVerma that helps even the weakest students to score in full measures, catapulting them to academic excellence.
Subject-wise performances are as follows: Out of 158 students , 83 scored A1 in English, 61 A1 in Science, 50 A1 in Mathematics, 61 A1 in Social Science, 40 A1 out of 117 in Hindi, 21 A1 out of 40 in Arabic .
The SMC President Mr. Abraham George and members while applauding the high achievers and their parents, noted that the superb grades obtained are indicators of the potential of the students, both in scholastic and non-scholastic areas. They also congratulated the Principal, Vice-Principal and the secondary section teachers for their dedication.
The toppers of the school mentioned that their achievement is due to of the consistent teaching and commitment of all secondary section teachers.
