This mega event was organised in Indian School Sohar on Thursday, 18-04-2013 with a noble cause of spreading the light of value in the human society. This is a spectacular event for cultural exchange and interaction with Omani students along with other students of adjoining areas like International Schools, Pakistan School, Bangladesh School etc.
This year approximately 650 students participated from Al-Batinah region.
The Chief Guest on the occasion was Mr. Ali Bin Saeed Bin Abdullah Al Abdull Salam, Asst. Director General for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Ministry of Education - Batinah Region. There was a presentation given by Mr. Venkatesh on behalf of SAI Group. Principal Mrs. Sanchita Verma welcomed all the distinguished guests and all supervisors from various schools. Vice Principals Dr. Vinu Kumar and Ms. Starlet were also present along with teachers and student volunteers.
