Hindi Debate Competition was held on 21st November 2016 for classes IX and X.
Preliminary selection was done by Hindi teachers of respective sections. Best 10 students were selected for final round. Five were selected for the motion and five against the motion. The students were encouraged to speak boldly and confidently by the HOD before the competition began.
The topic for the debate was “Bharat mein media ka prabhav rajnaitik parivartan la sakta hai” (Media can bring about a political transformation in India). The students were well prepared to analyze and distinguish between vital and important points. They presented the ideas in an effective manner which won others to their way of thinking and convince the listener that their side of proposition was desirable.
The competition was a stiff contest of eloquence and linguistic dynamics, appreciated and enjoyed by the judges and the audience.
