Indian School Sohar conducted a special assembly for LKG students to honour the community helpers who help them in their daily routine. The tiny tots gathered together for a special assembly, on 22nd February 2017 as a mark of respect to the people who help them to grow as better human beings and responsible citizens.
When people live together and help each other to grow, it is known as a community. This concept is an important part of early learning and helps the children to understand the extent of inter-dependence in society. A "Thank You" card was presented to them, which was made by students under the guidance of their teacher, expressing their appreciation and acknowledging the support extended by these pillars of the society.
