ENCOURAGING CULTURAL EXCHANGE: ISS PARTICIPATION IN AL BATINAH SCHOOL CELEBRATIONS
Al Batinah International School celebrated their Annual Day on 16th March 2017. Among many prominent schools of Sohar, Indian School also participated in this celebration. Students of Indian School Sohar presented a vibrant display of Spanish foot- tapping dance along with a Welcome Dance depicting the rich cultural heritage of India. A global touch was added with the Acrobatics Dance performed by young gymnasts. The scintillating performances mesmerized the crowd and were appreciated with a loud applause.
The rapturous evening provided ample opportunity to the students for a multicultural exchange.
The programme was highly appreciated and marked the efforts of students and teachers. The spectators felt a high affinity for such cultural performances and enjoyed the presentations.
