Indian School Sohar students participated in the Science exhibition organized by the Ministry of Education on 24th April 2018 held at Knowledge Oasis International School. Many Omani and International schools of Sohar participated in this mega event. The exhibition focused on inculcating scientific and creative attitude in the young students.
In the senior category, Kanan K and Keven Koshy of grade 10, got first prize for their innovative working model ( Ro-Man). This model was highly praised by the panel of judges and visitors. Khushi Anwar and Zeba Shaikh of grade 10, presented their working model of refrigerator. In the junior category, Suryadas and Sanjeet of grade 5 demonstrated their models of solar system, rockets and satellites .
Our students were appreciated for their innovation and creativity. It was a great learning experience for them. The Principal Mrs. Sanchita Verma congratulated the winners and appreciated their efforts.
