Indian School Sohar family gathered to pay tribute to Gandhiji, the Father of our Nation on 2nd October 2013. A special assembly was conducted on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. Vice-Principal, Dr. Vinukumar spoke about the great contributions of Gandhiji towards a free India, and how much we are indebted to him. The school choir sang a beautiful song honouring Gandhiji. The Principal reminded the students to pay respect to all those who strived hard to make India a free nation. The assembly ended with the National Anthem.
