Literacy forms the foundation of development and every educational institution try to permeate its effect across to society. A special assembly was conducted by the students of VI B to celebrate International Literacy Day on 9th September 2018. The assembly commenced with the Prayer and thought for the day. A speech delivered highlighted the significance of literacy among students. A poem was also recited emphasizing the concept of literacy. As a part of enriching student’s knowledge, a quiz too was conducted.
Principal, Ms. Sanchita Verma in her message emphasized the impact and the importance of literacy and encouraged students too to share their views. Students felt motivated and shared their opinion.
