‘Our code of conduct is definitive and non-negotiable’. In this context, a session on ‘Code of Conduct at School’ was organized for students of Class VI, VII and VIII at Indian School Sohar during the month of August by the School Counselor, Dr. Subhadra Prabhu. During this session, she oriented students about the importance of maintaining good personal hygiene; indispensable need to exhibit welcoming behavior always and care for school property. She also emphasized about prudent use of social media and the debilitating implications if used unwisely. These apart, rules and regulations pertaining to bullying, absenteeism and examinations followed by the consequences that they would face in case they failed to comply with these school policies were discussed.
