The students of Indian School Sohar, participated in GK and Commerce Olympiads, conducted by the National Olympiad Foundation (2017-18). National Olympiad Foundation (NOF) constitutes docking of academic talent and social entrepreneurship helping the talent to come out from the walls of classroom. NOF is first in introducing Olympiad in Commerce & GK. 382 students for GK and Commerce Olympiad registered from our school. There were two phases for the NOF Olympiad Exams. Thirteen students were qualified for the 2nd phase Exam. Ann Liz Paul of Class-I secured Gold Medal, Gift, Consolation Prize and Merit Certificate. Nithin Gladson of Class-V secured Silver Medal, Consolation Prize and Merit Certificate. Sharon Shine of Class-XI secured Bronze medal, Consolation Prize and Merit Certificate. All the winners of 2nd Phase exam received Merit Certificates.
Our school is participating again this year for NOF GK and Commerce Olympiads. We wish our students all the best and hope they will perform better and achieve greater heights.
