Indian School Sohar celebrated Diwali in a grand way on 31st October 2013 in the morning assembly.
The programme started with the lighting of the traditional lamp by Principal Sanchita Verma. The stage was a sight to behold, decorated with colourful lamps and rangolis. Colourful dances, enthusiastic group song by the school choir and a speech highlighting the various aspects of Diwali set in the festive mood. A special quiz on Diwali by Ark Srivastava of Class IX was appreciated by all.
