MULTI TASK EXCELLENCE COMPETITION FINALS 2018

Multi task excellence competition’s final round was conducted by the Department of Mathematics on 10 December 2018.

Mathematics department received overwhelming response from the students for this competition. From the ninety participants who enrolled their names in the preliminary round, 24 were students were qualified for the second round.

In the first round students were assessed based on their multi skill personality expressed by solving cubes, observing the events happening around, and answering the visuals at the same time.

Twenty-four students selected for the second round performed very well in the competitions:   Quick checker, Midway Chess and Euclidean Congruence.

Six students were selected for the final round.

Final round included four simultaneous activities Circular Chess, Brain Teasers, Out of box thinking and Rubik’s Cube.

The following students are declared as winners,

First prize secured by Theodore Philip X D, Second prize won by Saatvik Srivatsav XC and the third prize by Praveen Nair XII A.

Principal Ms. Sanchita Verma graced the occasion and appreciated the participants for their skill and appreciated the Maths Department for their innovative initiative.
