April is the reading month. The Indian School Sohar library celebrated Joy of Reading as an initiative to revive the dying habit of reading among the young minds. The
A special assembly was also conducted by the students of class V D on 28th April 2019 in Indian School Sohar with the same objective. The assembly started with the prayer song which was followed by the thought for the day, news headlines and a poem in Hindi. The major attraction of the assembly was the amazing action song by our diligent students. The principal Mrs. Sanchita Verma addressed the assembly and rewarded the certificates and the medals to the winners of International Mathematics Olympiad (2018-19). The assembly concluded with the National Anthem.
