World Ozone Day 2019 was observed on 16th September in Indian School Sohar. A Power Point Presentation was displayed to create awareness about Ozone Layer Preservation for the classes V to X. It covered all the aspects such as - discovery of Ozone, significance of the Ozone layer, causes and consequences of Ozone depletion and efforts taken by International Organisation to preserve it.
Students then took a pledge to protect the Ozone layer and to spread the awareness about the dangers of Ozone depletion.
