SAFETY AWARENESS DRIVE FOR SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS

A safety awareness drive was initiated by “Suraksha”- The Safety Club of the school under the guidance of the Principal Ms. Sanchita Verma on Sunday 06^th Oct.2019. This campaign was initiated to ensure better safety of students & teachers availing the bus facility.

The Principal Ms. Sanchita Verma, Vice-Principal Dr. Vinu Kumar, Mr. Rahul Chaurasia, School PRO Mr. Humaid Khamis Said, Safety Officer Ms. Wafa Ibrahim, Safety Club Coordinator Mr. Kuldeep Singh, Safety Club Student Volunteers Oliver Mahinthan & Arjun Panse urged the drivers to pay attention to the following points:

• To follow all the traffic rules.
• Avoid using mobile phones while driving.
• Mandatory use of seat belts.
• Taking care of students during boarding & de-boarding
• Compulsory head counts of students in morning & afternoon.
• To ensure safe & comfortable journey of the students.
• To maintain the speed limit.
• To ensure discipline in the bus.

To re-ensure, handouts regarding safety & traffic guidelines were issued to all the bus drivers.
