OLYMPIAD (2018-19)

Students of Indian School Sohar participated in various Olympiads conducted by SOF (2018-19). It was conducted in an endeavor to develop a greater competitive spirit, better assessment and exploration of potential among students. 1955 students from our school registered for NCO, NSO, IMO and IEO exams. SOF Olympiad was conducted at two levels. Students, who qualified the first level, participated in the second level exam. Many students emerged as winners in the second level exam. Winners of second level exam are: Suhana Suchithran (II), M A Adithya (II),Abhinav Jithesh (II), Avanthika Senthil Kumaran (III), Aman Saji (VII), Harit Mehta (VII), Rohan Suchithran (VIII), Cherish Varughese Binny (VIII), Meghna Jayakumar (VIII), Smit AmitKumar Rathod (IX), Ojas Golyan (IX), Swithin Gladson Gomez (X) and Soumya Tiwari (X). Students won gold and silver medals, certificates of zonal excellence, certificate of outstanding performance, Book Sets, Gift vouchers and Cash prize award (worth Rs 5000 and Rs 2500).
