“Knowledge is a treasure, but practice is the key to it”.
General knowledge is a very important aspect of the human life. It helps us to grow on personal, academic and professional levels. Quiz enhances the general knowledge of the students and generates interest in the current affairs too. Keeping this in mind, G. K. Quiz was organized at Indian School Sohar for class I and II.
The selection round (written) was held in all the sections of classes I and II. Students participated with great enthusiasm and skillfully answered the questions with confidence. The final competition was held on 12/2/20 and 13/2/20 for class I and II respectively. It was a fun filled event with everyone challenging their general knowledge to the utmost. Ms. Priya Gladson was the teacher in-charge of the competition for class I and Ms. Sushama Chopde for class II.
The judges of the competition were Ms. Priya Gladson and Ms. Tintu Praful for class I and Ms. Juana Bejoy and Ms. Sushama Chopde for class II.

Class I:
First position – Mohammed Arhaanuddin (I F)
Second position – Avni Prajeesh (I G)
Third position – Siddharth Sinhababu (I E), Samrudh Bhimarao Patil (I E) & Rithvik Vijay (I C)
Class II:
First position – Azba Mahaviyah R (II H)
Second position – Amena Nasir (II B) & Shivani Sunil (II C)
Third position – Priyansh Mahadevala (II A), Serah Rebecca Robin (II A) & Divyam Mohanty (II E)
