Indian School Sohar once again exhibited the fruition of the hard work of the students and dedication of the team with laudable 100% result in the CBSE Class X Board Examinations, 2020. In keeping with the tradition of the school all the students passed with flying colours giving plenty of reasons to celebrate. Under the care, dedication and expertise of the Principal, Mrs. Sanchita Verma supported by the Vice-Principal, Dr. Vinu Kumar and the Section Supervisor, Mr. Yashvir Singh, the school has been crowned with success.
66 students secured 91% and above and 73 students secured 81-90%. Allan Jon Rajan and Smit Rathod bagged the First Position with a whopping 98.6%. Anshitha Ficel secured the Second Position with 98.2% and Ojas Golyan stood Third with 98 %.
It was the result of determination, dedication and relentless effort by the students. They all echoed their sentiments of joy and pride through messages and calls. They acknowledged that the inspiration and motivation they received from the school gave them the strength and drive to succeed.
The Principal, Mrs. Sanchita Verma, said, “This remarkable result is the collective hard work, consistency and sincerity of the teachers and students”, She further added that to achieve one’s dreams it requires belief in oneself and the determination to make it happen.
Mr. Abraham George, President School Managing Committee and all the members of SMC congratulated and praised the Principal for her vision, motivation and guidance. They appreciated and applauded the hard work of the staff and efforts of the students for their sterling achievement.
“Every achievement is servitude. It compels us to higher achievement.” The students of Indian School Sohar have proved it true, time and again by getting hold of one achievement after the other. The school acknowledges every student for their praiseworthy accomplishments, and extreme passion to score creditable marks.
