Another splendid achievement by the students of Indian School Sohar. In order to bring out and expose the literary and artistic skills of the students, the Board of Directors of Indian Schools in Oman initiated a Student Edited E-Magazine. The E-magazine is entirely the work of the students, right from conceptualizing the idea to its completion. Naming the magazine, design, editing, selection of content, and every other domain in the making of the magazine was done by the students under Pranjal Gupta of Class XI as the Magazine Editor and Pranav Liju of class X as the Assistant Magazine Editor.
This E-magazine is the window to the creative skills of the students. Students have contributed to this issue through their articles, short stories, poems, jokes, art, memes, riddles, etc.
This initiative of the Board of Directors gave students the opportunity to showcase their creative talents. It is rightly said, "A flower makes no garland." Thus this magazine is not the outcome of the effort put in by one individual, but it is the immense effort put forward by many students. Their contribution to this issue has enhanced its perfection and beautification, which brought laurels to our school by winning many awards.
The E-magazines of all Indian Schools in Oman were assessed by a panel of experts in the field of editing and publishing and Indian School Sohar won the Best Magazine, Best Cover Page and Best Layout Awards.
The school managing committee, principal and staff applauded the efforts and congratulated the students.
