After the trying times due to the pandemic, Indian school Sohar is open for physical classes (in hybrid mode) from 10th October, 2021 for classes X & XII and from 17th October 2021 for classes IX & XI maintaining all COVID protocols. The staff and students who have taken the COVID-19 vaccine are only allowed entry. Parents are advised to follow the school's guidelines for the safety and smooth continuity of physical classes. The decision is welcoming for all who are worried about the physical, social, and emotional repercussions on children of such a long gap away from physical schooling.
It is a real blessing for the children who are looking forward to meet their friends and teachers in person. As for teachers, there is nothing more gratifying than seeing students in a real classroom. The school is coming alive after a long break of almost one and a half years.
