“Sanjeevani” the Health and Wellness Club of ISS organized Hygiene Drive in association with Areej T & C on 20th May 2014. This was a part of an International campaign to promote the importance of hygiene amongst the children. The initiative targeted, small children of age group 3- 14years. 2111 students from class K.G to VI participated in the campaign.
The mascot “GERM” & “SPARKLE” together with the students performed a skit with enthusing musical background & illustrated how to wash hands and brush teeth in the right way.
The students were blooming with enthusiasm and the performance enabled them to assimilate the ideas highlighted.
Acitivity booklets “The League Of Hygiene Heroes” were also distributed to all the students.
Principal, Ms.Sanchita Verma addressed the gathering and inspired them to have good health habits. She also appreciated the efforts made by Areej T & C to improve health & in an interesting and fun-filled manner.
