Three girl cricketers from Indian School Sohar namely Sakshi Vijaya Shetty (Class XI), Snehal Nair (Class XII) and Sushantika Ashok Sathiya (Class IX) participated from Oman Women’s team against Wanstead CC of UK in the three T20 Cricket series from 16th January to 21st January 2022 at Al Amerat Cricket ground.
This series provided international experience to young girls and also an opportunity to showcase cricketing skills. Oman Women Cricket won the series with a considerable margin.
Ms. Sanchita Verma, Principal, Indian School Sohar congratulated the players for their marvelous achievement. She appreciated the hard work and dedication shown by the school girls.
