The President, Members of the School Managing Committee, Principal and staff of Indian School Sohar Congratulate the Young Star, Sakshi Vijaya Shetty of Class XI for her maiden century.
Playing from Oman Women’s Cricket Academy, the wicket keeper-batswoman smashed 101 runs off 71 deliveries, hitting 13 Fours and 1 Six in her inning at Al-Amerat, Cricket Ground, Muscat on 7 February 2022 against Pakistan Women’s Team.
Sakshi dedicated her maiden century to Ms. Sanchita Verma, Principal, Indian School Sohar who always supported and encouraged her and other girl cricketers of the school to showcase their talent.
