A fancy-dress competition not only blends learning with fun but also offers kids a chance to use their imaginations, build vocabulary skills and gain confidence. As a part of Indian School talent Fest (ISTF), Indian School Sohar conducted fancy-dress competition at school level for the students of LKG and UKG on 13.10.2022 during school hours. Children dressed up in colourful costumes with creative props and spoke about the character they depicted, Jhansi ki Rani, traffic light, school bus, Earth, Carbon dioxide, waste paper bin etc. to name a few. Children participated with a lot of enthusiasm and displayed their confidence while speaking. Their innocent words and stage presence won the hearts of audience. The efforts and hard work of the students and their parents was highly commendable. This talent fest provided a great platform for the students to exhibit their enormous talent and proved to be a great learning experience for the students.
Ms. Mini Susam Lal was the school coordinator for the event. Ms. Greta D’ Souza and Ms. Dipti Baliga were the teacher in charges of the competition.
The judges of ISTF drawing competition were Mrs. Sonali Khare, Mrs. Shaila Prabhu and Mrs. Usha Prabhu.
