Stories give wings to our imagination and take us to places beyond the boundaries of our physical world and into the land of fairies, dragons and wishing trees. Story telling is an art of narrating and unfolding the narratives of a story. It provides children with a window to new worlds. It boosts their confidence, communication and memorizing skill.
With the motto of bringing up our budding talents, we at Indian School Sohar organised English Story Telling Competition for class II on 09-11-22 under the guidance of Supervisor Ms. Gauri Gadgeel.
Children narrated moral based stories with confidence, expressions and proper pronunciation with their wonderful props. Each story concluded with moral highlighting different values of life. The young students were appreciated and applauded for their wonderful performances by Supervisor Mrs. Gauri Gadgeel and judges.
The judges of the competition were Ms. Rafat Shaheen, Ms. Rency Mathew and Ms.Tanuja Kadam. Ms. Shari Dileep and Ms.Gowri Subramanian were the teachers incharge of the competition.
