‘Show and Tell’ activity is an integral part of kindergarten in schools. It is important for a child’s learning development, as it helps them to organize information and build their confidence. It’s also a great way to encourage students to think out of box and to enhance their communication and descriptive skills.
Kindergarten section of Indian School Sohar organized ‘Show and Tell’ competition for LKG students on 30-01-2023, under the valuable guidance of respected principal Ms. Sanchita Verma and section supervisor Ms. Gauri Gadgeel. A preliminary selection round was conducted in all the three sections of class LKG on 25-01-2023 and three students were selected from each section for the final showdown.
The students participated with passion and energy and showcased extraordinary presentation of their thoughts and ideas. The students selected and exhibited on topics varying from science, food to social messages using props likes airplane, fruits, healthy and junk food, sense organs, clock, traffic lights, etc. to explain and share their feelings, emotions and knowledge.
