An orientation program is a critical component of a successful academic experience for students. It is a vital process that helps to familiarize students with the educational institution's policies, procedures, and expectations. A well-planned orientation program was organized on 25th April 2023 for the students of classes VI to VIII.
During the orientation program, the code of conduct was presented to students by the Principal, Mrs. Sanchita Verma. Students were also informed about the consequences of violating the code of conduct and they were given an opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification on any point.
The evaluation scheme is designed to assess student performance and provide feedback on areas that need improvement. During the orientation program, the evaluation scheme was explained to students by the Asst. Vice-Principal, Mrs. Indira Sukumaran. The various assessment methods in scholastic and co-scholastic areas such as exams, assignments, and activities, were discussed. The grading system and criteria for passing the course were also explained.
The program helped to familiarize students with the institution's policies and procedures, promote a safe and respectful learning environment, and establish clear expectations for student performance. The program was well-planned and effectively communicated to students to ensure a positive academic experience.
